The University of Connecticut Health Center Finance Corporation was established to provide greater flexibility in order to promote the more efficient provision of health care services while still maintaining its operation as a public and governmental entity which engages in good business practices.
In accordance with Section 10a-255 of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Finance Corporation established and adopted specific policies, rules and procedures on purchasing and contracting.
