Directions to the Main Building from the Farmington Avenue Entrance
Follow the Driving Directions to the Farmington Avenue entrance to the Health Center. At the first blinking light/stop sign, continue straight. Bear left at the fork and continue up the hill. The main entrance is straight past the next stop sign. Visitor parking is available on the other side of the gate.
Free valet parking is available to patients and visitors coming to the main building, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please drive to the main hospital entrance to access this service. Patients and visitors who arrive after 6 p.m. or on weekends can park near the main entrance.
Bus Routes
The UConn Health Center is on CTTransit bus routes 66F, 66H and 66T. For current weekday and weekend schedules, call CTTransit at 860-525-9181 or visit their website.
Special Events Parking
Signs will be posted on roads directing people to special event parking. Shuttle service will be provided from lower lots. After 5 p.m., visitors attending seminars, lectures, etc. in the Patterson or Massey Auditorium may park in the lots adjacent to the Academic Entrance.
Dowling North Medical Building
Follow the Driving Directions to the Farmington Avenue entrance to the Health Center. At the first blinking light/stop sign, take a right onto Dowling Way. At the stop sign, take a right. At the next stop sign, take a right. The Dowling North Medical Building will be on your left. Take a left into the parking area just after the building.
Dowling South Medical Building
Follow the Driving Directions to the Farmington Avenue entrance to the Health Center. At the first blinking light/stop sign, take a right onto Dowling Way. At the stop sign, take a left. The Dowling South Medical Building will be on your left.
Farmington Surgery Center
Follow the Driving Directions to the Farmington Avenue entrance to the Health Center. Take a left at the first blinking light/stop sign, proceed past the first building and follow the signs for patient drop-off and parking.
Free valet parking is available for patients and visitors from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The free valet service is located at the ground level entrance to the Medical Arts & Research Building (MARB).
Medical Arts & Research Building (MARB)
Follow the Driving Directions to the Farmington Avenue entrance to the Health Center. Take a left at the first blinking light/stop sign, proceed past the first building and follow the signs for patient drop-off and parking.
Free valet parking is available for patients and visitors from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The free valet service is located at the ground level entrance to the MARB.
Student Admissions Centers
Follow the Driving Directions to the Farmington Avenue entrance to the UConn Health Center. From the Hospital Information Desk go straight ahead to the courtyard windows (the Connucopia Gift Shop will be on your right). Turn right and then take a left down the first corridor. Proceed to second corridor on the right. Walk straight ahead to the stairs which will bring you down to, and facing, the Academic Entrance, floor G. You may also take the elevator down one floor to G. Upon exiting, go right to the Academic Entrance.
School of Medicine
Take a right and follow the corridor to just past the double doors. Our office is the first glass door on the left side of the hallway, AG063.
School of Dental Medicine
Turn left and the Dental Admissions Office will be the first glass door on your right, AG036. The sign just to the left of the door reads “School of Dental Medicine – Office of Admissions.”
UConn Procedures Center
Follow the Driving Directions to the Farmington Avenue entrance to the UConn Health Center. Upon arriving at the Health Center, continue through the first blinking light/stop sign with the overhead flashing light. Bear left at the fork and after the next (second) stop sign, take the first right. Follow the blue signs directing you to the UConn Procedures Center located on the upper parking lot level. Enter through the glass doors and check-in at the reception desk.
