The generalist division includes three full-time faculty members at Hartford Hospital, two at The Hospital of Central Connecticut at New Britain General , and the University of Connecticut Health Partners. These faculty members supervise the resident staff in the outpatient clinics, during staff service deliveries and during surgical procedures. In addition, residents work closely with the large private attending staff during their obstetrical and gynecologic cases. The private attendings are part time faculty at the University of Connecticut and are an integral part of our morning reports and didactic sessions.
