Sarah Dainiak, M.D., Joins UConn Simsbury Office

Farmington, Conn. – Primary care physician Sarah Dainiak, M.D., has joined the faculty of the University of Connecticut Health Center and is seeing patients in UConn’s Simsbury office on 381 Hopmeadow Street. Dr. Dainiak offers patients a full spectrum of primary care services.

“What I enjoy most about primary care is seeing a diverse range of patients and providing a continuity of care for people of all ages,” Dr. Dainiak said.

Dr. Dainiak, a Cheshire native, is a graduate of the UConn School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Yale University School of Medicine. In addition, she completed a Yale University/Johnson & Johnson Physician Scholar program in international health and volunteered for six weeks providing primary care to patients in Fiji.

Other services available in UConn’s Simsbury office include cardiology, podiatry, diabetes education, surgical consults and cosmetic services offered by a highly trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

The University of Connecticut Health Center includes the schools of medicine and dental medicine, John Dempsey Hospital, the UConn Medical Group and University Dentists.
