Dr. Lavern Wright Joins UConn Health Center

Geriatrics Specialist Sees Patients in Farmington

FARMINGTON, CONN. – Geriatrics specialist Lavern Wright, M.D., has joined the University of Connecticut Health Center. She sees patients in Farmington.

“I love working with older patients. They have so much to offer and so many experiences to share. I learn life lessons from my patients every day,” Dr. Wright said.

Earlier this year, Dr. Wright completed a fellowship in geriatrics medicine at the UConn School of Medicine and the UConn Center on Aging. Dr. Wright is also a graduate of the UConn School of Medicine where she also completed her residency in Internal Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine.
