Dr. Phung Huynh Joins UConn Health Center

FARMINGTON, CONN. – Phung M. Huynh, M.D., has joined UConn Health Center’s Dermatology Associates and is now seeing patients in its Farmington office.

Dr. Huynh earned her bachelor’s degree at Williams College, Williamstown, Mass., where she graduated with highest honors. She earned her medical degree at University of California, Davis School of Medicine, and went on to complete a residency in internal medicine at UConn School of Medicine, and dermatology residencies at Wayne State University in Detroit, and New York Medical College in Valhalla.

Dr. Huynh has been recognized with many academic accolades throughout her education and training, including “The Paul R. Wright Award for Excellence in Clinical Teaching During the Basic Science Years.” She was also the recipient of a four-year Medical Professional Scholarship Award and the U.C. Davis Alumni Scholarship Award. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
