Dr. Darlene Oksanen Joins UConn Health Center
Primary Care Physician Now Seeing Patients in Farmington
FARMINGTON, CONN. – Primary care physician Darlene Oksanen, M.D., is
now seeing patients at the University of Connecticut Health Center in
Farmington, offering comprehensive, primary care and preventive medicine
for men and women.
Dr. Oksanen is a fully UConn-trained professional. She is a magna cum
laude graduate of the University of Connecticut and completed her
medical degree and internal medicine residency at the UConn School of
Medicine.
Before attending medical school, Dr. Oksanen worked as a research
assistant at Pfizer Central Research in Groton where she was awarded an
employee recognition award for leadership.
Dr. Oksanen is accepting new patients in the Health Center’s internal
