Ready to Lose Weight Management Program
Are You Ready to Lose Weight?
Will one of your New Year’s resolutions be to lose weight? The Health
Center’s Ready to Lose Weight Management Program can help. An introductory
session will be held on Tuesday, January 8, from noon to 1 p.m., Walker
Conference Room, AG070. Learn about the program including traditional and shake
options, healthy meal plans, and much more!
The program will meet on Wednesdays for six weeks from noon to 1 p.m. Each
session will focus on a specific topic, will review successes and challenges,
provide a tip of the week, and a weigh in.
